I agree with Laura 100% - you just know these know-nothings thought thought they were killing Public Broadcasting with the "PBS" cuts. A bunch of know-nothings are deciding who lives or dies based on "contains text" searches.
Wish I could take credit for that -- it was a commenter on Reddit -- but I too think they nailed it. I never thought America would fall to such absolutely brain-dead people
I have been haunting r/fednews too. I haunted r/nursing through the pandemic and it was extremely helpful. It's so clear to see how extremely competent and decent the large majority of people posting are and how much they care about their work. Also how illegal all of this has been.
