That's a journey. I'm working through the article slowly but so far it's been really excellent. Honestly, if you have that much leftover material, and if you're still fascinated and feel like you have a story to tell still, you might honestly evaluate if you have a full book of supplemental material there. You might be closer to that than it feels like.

Good news! Your article is now officially the *third* result when googling "James O'Keefe" behind Wikipedia and his own instagram. I think that qualifies to be pretty insufferable.

Excellent piece. O'Keefe wearing a bullet proof vest and mirror shades is proof positive what a raging putz he is (especially since he's bare headed leaving himself totally open to a head shot). Ditto the obligatory military BS from fellow mall ninja Gavin McInnes. These guys picture themselves as heroes in a John Wayne flick when they're just reactionary sad sacks. Sorry to go on, but these phonies give me a swift pain.

I think your article is great.

But. Rule for Radicals is an important book for those that want to build movements and power. (I used that book. It was integral for training organizers.) Using Alinsky's tactics for journalism negates the journalism, even though movements often have newsletters.

Like any tactic or tool it can be misused, but there's no denying it's effective for the things it was meant to do
